Georgia Pediatric Program for Children (GAPP)
What is GAPP?
GAPP (Georgia Pediatric Program) is a Medicaid-funded healthcare program that provides in-home medical care for children under 21 who are medically fragile.
Instead of staying in a hospital or facility, kids can receive care at home, which helps improve comfort and quality of life.
